As good as the defense played today they still managed to give up 21 points. The stats will look great. They just missed on the big plays.

Oh well. We traveled the left coast and basically won the game except for a missed 40+ yard FG in a driving rain. I'm not complaining. Lots of potential.

So many missed chances to get more points.

Nearly all of Dalton's incompletions were either batted down ball or drops. When he got the ball past the DL it was about as good of game as he has played for the Bengals. The D looks so much better than last year.

There are no moral victories in the NFL but if there was such a thing this would be it.
